Are your teas suitable for everyday drinking?

Yes. Our teas are designed to be enjoyed daily whether you're:

Do your teas contain caffeine?

Some blends do, and some don't.

  • Black tea blends = higher caffeine
  • Green tea blends = moderate caffeine
  • Herbal blends = naturally caffeine-free

Each product clearly states caffeine content on the packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

At launch, we may focus on UK delivery first, with international shipping available later.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard UK: 2–5 working days
  • Express UK: 1–2 working days

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order size
  • delivery location
  • chosen service

Free shipping may be available on larger orders.

If something's wrong with your order — damaged, missing, or not what you expected — don't sit on it. Get in touch at hello@motorbrewco.com with your order number and we'll sort it out, no fuss.

Tea blends: Because tea is a perishable product, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used blends. But if there's a genuine issue with your order, we want to know about it and we'll make it right.

Merchandise: Not quite right? No problem. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and ideally in the original packaging. After 14 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Think of it as our pit crew promise — we don't leave you stranded.
